This album of colour images is a snapshot of the railway operations around the market town of March in Cambridgeshire. The images were all taken in the 1980s, showing the beginning of the rapid run down of this once important and now largely forgotten railway town.
Photographs illustrate a wide variety of diesel locomotive and multiple unit types around March, most of which have long-since been withdrawn from service.
Photographs are presented in full page format, with a caption accompanying each. Hardback. 80 pages.
