British Railways Pocket Book 4: Electric Multiple Units is the definitive Platform 5 guide to all electric multiple units that operate on Britain's national railway network. It was first published in 1989. Prior to 1989, the contents of BRPB3: Diesel Multiple Units and BRPB4: Electric Multiple Units were published in a single volume called "Multiple Unit Pocket Book".
We have copies of all editions of BRPB4: Electric Multiple Units in stock, although currently only as far back as 2006 are available via the website.. Each edition of BRPB4: Electric Multiple Units Includes a detailed listing of all EMUs in service with technical information provided for every class of EMU and specific details for every EMU in service at the time of publication. The exact details provided vary from year to year, but are appropriate to information used and available at the time.
