The Swanley New Barn Railway is a 7¼ inch gauge railway, one of many attractions to be found at Swanley Park, situated in Swanley, Kent. Manned by volunteers, it runs from Easter to September and comprises of an 800 m track which loops around the park, a carriage shed, turntable, engine release road and two stations, New Barn (previously called Lakeside) and Swanley Parkway (previously called New Barn Halt).
Swanley Park first opened in 1983, but it was not until 1986 that the railway was opened to the public. The Swanley New Barn Railway at 35 celebrates 35 years of running and consists of:
